oh dear - 1lb on! I blame Sian & Harry - they insisted on taking me for a Macdonald's yesterday and I'm afraid the wine has been flowing a bit too freely this week! But once Monday is over (looking forward to a few celebratory drinks Anne!) I really am going to sort myself out!
