Picking Up the Pace

OK, I'm actually ready to do something about this now. My weight is exactly the same -- 11 stone, 11.5 pounds. So I am having another alcohol-free month. I have continued taking the train, but I noticed last month that as well as quickly drinking almost every evening, I was also eating sugary snacks throughout the day, I think a consequence of always being that little bit worse for wear. So another 4 weeks of tea-totalling is in order. The end of the 4 weeks will mark Harry's birthday. I hope to be 11 stone 6 pounds. Then I will have exactly 20 lbs left to loose. Gosh, what a long road.
